Recently, Jack has been asking for a "Cowboy Rope- so I can rope up stuff". And since his Daddy has a shop AND a barn full of cool boy-things, he was able to set our kiddo up. Here he is, with his freshly roped-up wheelbarrow, taking it for a romp around the front yard:
Katie, who is now 17 months old, has FINALLY decided that walking can be used as a form of transportation, not just as entertainment. This is after two SOLID months of practice walking back and forth across the living room. This is one very happy Mama here, and the little girl is having the time of her life.

These children are just too cute. I just love the fabric of Katie's dress. My one-year-old daughter has just learned to stand but refuses to walk !!
I FULLY expected to see a picture of Jack "Ropin' up" his little sister! Yeah so happy for you and Katie - it's a whole new world!
Precious, just precious! Have a blessed week.
Such sweetness!!!
Gosh, this reminds me of my kids when they were little. They are now 21 and 23 but when my son was about that age, he asked Santa at the mall for a "rope and a chain" for Christmas. Folks were looking at us kinda weird....but boys do get into ropes and stuff.
You little girl is sooo cute. Now she's walking and the trouble begins.....just joking....LOL

This gives me hope! Mason, at almost 15 months seems so uninterested in walking! Standing, yes... walking...no!
They are so adorable!
