I scavenged fruit from my Mother-in-law's Applesauce Tree a few days ago, and these babies are going in the pot today.
My goal: 12 quarts apple butter, 24 quarts applesauce.
Only time will tell if two landscaping tubs full of fruit will be enough.

I love applebutter! When I lived in PA I always went to a heritage festival that made it there in a big pot over a fire and sold it fresh. YUM!!
