I wish more people picked up trash at beaches and parks, etc. Of course I wish more people didn't litter to begin with, or made sure the wind couldn't carry their trash someplace else, in essence, still littering.
I just read about a spot in the Pacific Ocean called "The Great Pacific Garbage Patch". I could not believe I had never heard of it before.
What happened to glass bottles and the return policy, now that was great! I always thought I was being paid to drink milk from a bottle! Money back when returned:)

I wish plastic had never come into our lives. How and when did we become such a throw away society?
