It Really Looked Like That

Dusty depths of Lilac merging, blending with Fuschia, Clementine, Electric Tangerine.
And on another night, startling stripes of Cotton Candy stretched across the Periwinkle haze, punctuated by a Neon Red sun, which refused to be captured by a mere human-operated camera.
Only memory could capture such a sight.

But then again, on another night, perhaps the pure blaze of intensity across the Western horizon will again deign to allow its essence to be recorded for as long as the digital age prevails.

Such gorgeous pictures, Beth. The first one, especially, shows my favorite colors of sunset. I can stand outside or at a window and ooohhh and aaahhh until the last colors fade. Such a beautiful post.
