There's Always a Silver Lining

I love having a nearly endless supply of fresh eggs.

I love knowing that my chickens have access to the ground and fresh air.

I love living in the Pacific Northwest.

But I really REALLY dislike washing muddy eggs, an unfortunate side effect of all of the above.

So it made me happy when the last basket came in looking like this...
