Sewing Celebration

Huzzah! Woot! Hooray! Double Woot Woot! Celebrate with me, my peeps...

I have finished my Picnic Quilt top at last! Just the top, mind you, but anyone who has quilted knows that finishing the piecing is at least 2/3 of the process.

I am bound (ha ha!) and determined to sit on this quilt come Fourth of July fireworks day.

That's beautiful, Beth! Good luck on the quilting part. I agree that's at least 2/3 of the process and not the part I enjoy, which explains why we all have more quilt tops than quilts! ;-)

Nevertheless, Happy Quilting!

I love it. Sometimes it is really the most simple quilts that I fall in love with the most.

very pleasing block placement. ...and even if it isn't completely finished with the quilting part, you can still use it on the Fourth and finish it later. 'just saying....
